This utility installs an updated version of the Intel Wireless LAN Driver and resolves the following issues:
- Resolves an issue where the computer loses wireless connection.
- Addresses a security vulnerability
- Resolves an issue with memory utilization
- Resolves an issue where enabling a wireless LAN card may cause a blue screen error
This driver also resolves the yellow exclamation point error 
that may appear in Device Manager next to "Network Controller" which indicates that a driver is not installed for that device.
For computers that shipped originally with Microsoft® Windows Vista®, this file is intended to provide basic system functionality under Windows XP operating system.
